  • 1 cup oats
  • 1/2 cup almond butter (or your preferred nut butter)
  • 1/3 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1 scoop cookies & cream egg white protein powder
  • 1/4 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup chopped nuts (e.g., almonds, walnuts) (optional)
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt


  • In a large mixing bowl, combine oats, almond butter, honey (or maple syrup), cookies & cream egg white protein powder, chocolate chips, chopped nuts (if using), vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Stir until all the ingredients are well combined.
  • Place the mixture in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes to allow it to firm up slightly.
  • Once chilled, remove the mixture from the refrigerator and roll it into bite-sized balls using your hands. If the mixture is too sticky to handle, you can wet your hands with a bit of water or lightly coat them with oil.
  • Place the protein bites on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Refrigerate the protein bites for at least 1 hour to allow them to set and firm up further.
  • Once set, you can transfer the protein bites to an airtight container and store them in the refrigerator for up to a week.
