Cinnamon Roll Blondies

Ingredients
- 3 cups almond flour
- 3 tablespoons coconut flour
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ⅓ cup coconut sugar
- ⅓ cup maple syrup
- ⅓ cup melted ghee or coconut oil
- 1 large egg, room temperature
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 scoop Vanilla Anea Protein Powder
- ½ cup white chocolate
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325° and line an 8x8 pan with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, combine the almond flour, coconut flour, salt, and coconut sugar. Mix well.
- Add in the maple syrup, ghee, egg, Anea Protein Powder, and vanilla and mix until dough is formed.
- Pour half of the dough into the pan and then add a layer of cinnamon.
- Pour the remaining dough on top. Bake for 23 minutes and then let cool before glazing.
- Top with melted white chocolate and enjoy!
