Cinnamon Roll Blondies

Ingredients

  • 3 cups almond flour
  • 3 tablespoons coconut flour
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ⅓ cup coconut sugar
  • ⅓ cup maple syrup
  • ⅓ cup melted ghee or coconut oil
  • 1 large egg, room temperature
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 scoop Vanilla Anea Protein Powder 
  • ½ cup white chocolate

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 325° and line an 8x8 pan with parchment paper.
  • In a large bowl, combine the almond flour, coconut flour, salt, and coconut sugar. Mix well.
  • Add in the maple syrup, ghee, egg, Anea Protein Powder, and vanilla and mix until dough is formed.
  • Pour half of the dough into the pan and then add a layer of cinnamon.
  • Pour the remaining dough on top. Bake for 23 minutes and then let cool before glazing.
  • Top with melted white chocolate and enjoy!
