Gingerbread Protein Brownie Balls

Ingredients
- 1 scoop Anea chocolate protein powder
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
- ½ cup smooth nut butter
- 5 tbsp milk of choice
- 3 tbsp maple syrup
- Sprinkles for the topping
Instructions
- Mix the nut butter, maple syrup and milk in a large bowl.
- Add the protein powder and cocoa and mix to form a smooth dough.
- Roll out between two pieces of baking paper to your preferred thickness.
- Use a Gingerbread cookie cutter to cut out Gingerbread shapes. You can also use the remaining dough to make balls! Top with sprinkles then freeze for 30-60 minutes.
