Gingerbread Protein Brownie Balls

Ingredients

  • 1 scoop Anea chocolate protein powder
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • ½ cup smooth nut butter
  • 5 tbsp milk of choice
  • 3 tbsp maple syrup
  • Sprinkles for the topping

Instructions

  • Mix the nut butter, maple syrup and milk in a large bowl.
  • Add the protein powder and cocoa and mix to form a smooth dough.
  • Roll out between two pieces of baking paper to your preferred thickness.
  • Use a Gingerbread cookie cutter to cut out Gingerbread shapes. You can also use the remaining dough to make balls! Top with sprinkles then freeze for 30-60 minutes.
