Ingredients
- 1 cup Almond Flour
- ½ scoop Vanilla Anea Protein Powder
- 3 tablespoons Butter (Unsalted)
- 3 tablespoons Coconut sugar
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- ¼ teaspoon Cinnamon
- ¼ teaspoon Salt
- ⅓ cup white chocolate
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325°F and line a large cookie sheet with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, add all ingredients (except the white chocolate) and mix thoroughly.
- Place the dough ball in the fridge for 10 minutes to firm up.
- Remove the dough from the fridge and make small balls then flatten them into cookie shapes.
- Bake the cookies until the sides are slightly golden brown, about 8-12 minutes.
- Cool down 10 minutes on the baking sheet then top with melted white chocolate and sprinkles. ENJOY!
