Ingredients

  • 1 cup Almond Flour
  • ½ scoop Vanilla Anea Protein Powder
  • 3 tablespoons Butter (Unsalted)
  • 3 tablespoons Coconut sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • ¼ teaspoon Cinnamon
  • ¼ teaspoon Salt
  • ⅓ cup white chocolate

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 325°F and line a large cookie sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a mixing bowl, add all ingredients (except the white chocolate) and mix thoroughly.
  • Place the dough ball in the fridge for 10 minutes to firm up.
  • Remove the dough from the fridge and make small balls then flatten them into cookie shapes.
  • Bake the cookies until the sides are slightly golden brown, about 8-12 minutes.
  • Cool down 10 minutes on the baking sheet then top with melted white chocolate and sprinkles. ENJOY!
