Bright, Bold, and Packed with Protein: Lemon Ice Cream Reimagined

If you’ve been craving a high-protein dessert that actually tastes like dessert, this one’s for you.

Creamy, tangy, and just the right amount of sweet, this Zesty High Protein Lemon Ice Cream is a refreshing treat that doesn’t compromise your goals.

It starts with a rich, whole milk base and a swirl of lemon-flavored Greek yogurt for that bright citrus twist. A touch of lemon curd adds the perfect pop of sweetness—and yes, it feels indulgent.

But here’s where it gets functional: two scoops of Vanilla Anea Egg White Protein Powder pack in 50 grams of clean, complete protein. No fillers, no weird aftertaste—just a smooth, satisfying scoop that fuels you while you enjoy it.

Whether you’re winding down after a workout, need a cool midday boost, or just want something that hits the spot without blowing your plan, this protein-packed lemon ice cream delivers. And with a drizzle of hot honey and a sprinkle of crushed pistachios on top? It’s next-level.

Recipe

Yield: ~5 servings (1.5 pints total)

Ingredients

• 2 scoops Vanilla Anea Egg White Protein Powder

• 24 oz whole milk

• 2 tbsp lemon curd

• 5 oz lemon-flavored Greek yogurt

Instructions

In a blender, combine the protein powder, whole milk, lemon curd, and Greek yogurt.

Blend until smooth and fully incorporated.

Pour the mixture into a Ninja Creami pint container, filling only up to the max fill line (16 oz). Since this recipe makes about 24 oz, you'll need a second container for the remaining mixture.

Freeze overnight or for at least 8–10 hours.

Run the frozen mixture through the Lite Ice Cream setting on the Ninja Creami.

Check the texture. If you prefer a firmer consistency, return it to the freezer for 1–2 more hours.

Optional: Top with a drizzle of hot honey and chopped pistachios before serving for a sweet-savory finish.
